Return & Exchange Policy — Shams Kloset

At Shams Kloset, your satisfaction is important to us. Please read our exchange policy carefully before making a purchase.

How to Request an Exchange If you wish to exchange an item, you must contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order via WhatsApp with:

• Your order number
• The reason for the exchange
• A photo of the item received

Requests made after 24 hours of delivery will not be accepted.

Exchange & Store Credit We offer exchanges or store credit only. No cash refunds are available.

Conditions for Exchange Items must be:

• Unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
• With all tags still attached
• In original packaging

Non-Returnable Items The following items are final sale and cannot be exchanged:

• Sale items (items marked as "Sale")
• Underwear, lingerie & sleepwear
• Swimwear
• Birthday & occasion dresses
• Shapewear
